MEET Brown City Youth Camp Director, Jack_DiGiuseppe
SHOCKING!!! Jack's WIRED again!!!
Just in case you don’t know me, my name is Jack DiGiuseppe and I have been appointed Camp Youth Director for this coming year. The camp staff has already started planning for Camp 2009. And what a SUPER STAFF! Couple this with SUPER CAMPERS and we have the makings of a SUPER CAMP!
My wife, Linda and I live in Port Huron, Michigan. We have two children. Lisa who is married to Mike and together they have three little girls, Hannah, Amy and Abby. Our son Jeff (Jeffery) still hasn’t popped the question to his steady. Both of our kids live in the area and are former “campers”.
I work for and attend Colonial Woods Missionary Church. My job is to oversee the staff that keeps the building and grounds in good working order. I also have a small business that keeps me quite busy. My company provides technical support as well as product sales and service for electronic devices used by security companies throughout the United States and Canada. From time to time we assist companies in many countries around the world.
Camp has been a big part of my life for many years. Never having attended anything like “Camp” when I was growing up, Brown City Camp was like being saved all over again. Every part of camp has something unique to experience. From time to time I will share some of my thoughts about special times and places at camp.

Every day there are up to eight services happening at the same time.

Help is needed in several areas of the camp and you can be that help!

Several youth have gone to camp and felt God's call on their lives. Prior to their encounter with God at Brown City Camp they had no idea that He would call them into the ministry but some of them have become pastors or missionaries and are serving around the world.
Also!
We are looking for ideas. For instance: How about a smelly shoe or smelly sock contest? Stuffing marshmallows in your mouth. Oh yeah…I know…you have seen this one done before…But not with Catsup and Mustard on them…or maybe HOT SAUCE!! How about Volleyball – at night with BLACK LIGHTS???
I know…I’m DANGEROUS. Well – You ain’t seen nothing yet. We are adding things to the 2009 program. And maybe changing a few things. So stay tuned. We will keep you informed in the coming months.
