NOTICE CONCERNING LOT DONATIONS

Dear Friends of Brown City Camp,

Many of you recently received a mailing concerning your 2010 donations for permanent and temporary lots at the campgrounds     Donations for the lots are due May 1.   We are currently using a new computer program that will ultimately streamline to the process.  Unfortunately, the database used to generate the mailing list contained several old or incorrect addresses.  If you received an invoice that was in error, please note any incorrect information and return it to our office as soon as possible with your payment.     Because of the glitches that have been experienced, we will honor payments made after May 1 without penalty.  Please submit your lot donation as soon as possible.
